Clients often need advice to design and build a learning intervention, or to determine if one is necessary. We are engaged from the outset, applying rigorous design methodologies to build learning programmes or short tactical modules to address a particular business issue.

We work collaboratively with our clients and become an integral part of their people practice and L&D teams from project inception to evaluation.

Our instructional design is complemented by our technical capability and graphic design. We use industry-standard authoring tools and software to build content suitable for learning platforms, microsites, mobile, or desktop use.

Our graphic designers take the learning content to another level. Fully aligned with a client’s brand, the team create visual and impactful 2D and 3D content which ensures learner engagement and aids retention and application.
