Making an entrance at the CIPD conference

Amphigean will be exhibiting for the first time at the CIPD annual conference in Manchester on 6-7 November, and we are greatly looking forward to the event.

With more than 5,000 attendees, it will be a wonderful opportunity to meet and interact with fellow members of the L&D, HR and Organisational Development community. In the new technology-driven age that is transforming the world of work and our roles within it, the conference and exhibition is aimed at empowering people to embrace it for the benefit of organisations, individuals and wider society.

There will be an array of thought leaders delivering talks specifically designed to respond to modern working needs and challenges, and more than 180 top-tier organisations offering demonstrations and insights.

We at Amphigean are specialists in the development and delivery of learning solutions, and have a proven track record of helping clients worldwide acquire new capability to deliver significant business results. We achieve this by immersing ourselves in our customers’ business and by being as passionate as they are about their strategy and projects. We are not afraid to challenge clients’ thinking, and we aim to exceed expectations every time.

Whether customers are trying to launch a new product, recruit new personnel, or adopt new tools and processes, Amphigean is able to help. We come from a telecoms background and while we will continue our strong links and experience in that field, we are increasingly supporting customers from other verticals. Alongside this, we want to ensure that our own methods are evolving to make the most of advances in technology.

That is why we have begun to incorporate 3D features into our digital content, which is already achieving impactful results in e-learning programmes. The 3D capability enables content to be more interactive and immersive, and therefore more engaging for learners than more traditional techniques.

At the CIPD conference, Amphigean hopes to not only catch up with our connections in the industry, but to make new contacts and relationships with like-minded people and organisations. We are excited by the opportunity and hope to see you there.

“This is our first time at the CIPD annual conference and exhibition and we can’t wait to be there. What we do is so much more than training – we are driven by the positive impact we can have on our customers’ business. It’s really rewarding being part of the continuing workplace transformation as we adopt and reap the benefits of new technologies.”
